Derin Özken has been appointed in 10.2020 as project manager for Aspan Project Phase-IA to be constructed in Nur Sultan, Kazakhstan. The mixed used commercial scheme is 280.000 sqm and consists of four levels of car parking, a shopping mall, a 3 star-hotel, residential units and commercial office spaces. The project is scheduled for completion end of 2023.
